Pros

In my time at Ratio I've found this place to be what you make it. If you are driven and want to grow, you can, there's plenty of opportunity to succeed. 9/80 schedule is awesome and provides a great worklife balance with every other weekend being a 3 day event!

Cons

Lot's of snacks in the kitchen makes it hard to decide what I want. Also, there's a Keurig and I don't like those.

Pros

Nimble, fast-paced, mid-size, SMART people, passionate leadership, opportunity to work on cool projects in emerging technologies, fantastic culture.

Cons

Lean PTO, no clear review process and path for advancement, no cost-of-living raises, no bonus/profit-sharing incentives.

Pros

I can't say enough about the people and the culture at Ratio. The company goes out of its way to continue to evaluate the culture, and grows and adapts to meet the needs of the business and its employees.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. I truly enjoy my time here.
