Pros

Getting to work alongside like minded people. Working in a tech environment. Everyone here is extremely nice, like a family atmosphere. Projects are fun and interesting, and expectations are high. Do work that is valuable, great place to be. Learn alongside great leaders and prestigious figures. Stay up to date with tech! Really talented group of people at the org, stay learning every single day. Everything is awesome here, even got great food, and access to amazing food trucks and food in general within 3 blocks of everything.

Cons

The location in the city, homeless group outside the building.

Lots of bumps in the road

Pros

Some great people. Easy going environment. Great location. High profile clients. Good benefits.

Cons

Leadership issues. Merger with Cypress never really "took" and things like culture, company vision, and process all suffer. Poorly structured process. The client is always in charge. Lack of trust in employees. Pay is well below industry average. Much of the work never sees the light of day.
