Pros

Great breadth of work going on at Ratio with lots of opportunities to learn new technologies, platforms and work with cool clients. Team mates are great and I enjoy spending time with them inside and outside of work.

Cons

As with any company, there are opportunities for improvement. Ratio's exec team need to focus more on leading the company and delegating more tactics to the team.
