Pros

None. This company relies on false advertising.

Cons

All of the other reviews pretty much sum it up perfectly. Expect a sales job with very long hours and very little pay. You'll be going to Walmart in a suit (or other business professional attire) and selling Xfinity products in which you have no prior knowledge about. I worked there for one day and can hands down say it was the longest day I've ever worked, and I've worked 12 hour shifts at Dunkin Donuts balancing a drive thru and front counter by myself.

Pros

Nice coworkers, teaches sales, that’s all.

Cons

Please read and listen to the previous reviews. This company is extremely flawed- so flawed that they had to change their name to Compass Innovates in order to get away from the honest reviews. This company is based on lies and false promises. People work 55 hour weeks and average about $200/ paycheck. There is so much favoritism as well as politics as well within this business. Individualism is looked down upon, and you as well as your paycheck will be effected. The manager plays favorites and does not take any advice whatsoever. If you do not do exactly what she says, you will suffer. If you do not do exactly what she wants, you will suffer. If you try to share thoughts and opinions, you will suffer. This job is NOT worth it. People are drawn in with the promise of growth- this does not happen. People are drawn in with the idea of making $1000 per week- this does not happen. Please just save your time and don’t even bother with this office. It’s immoral and unfair.

Pros

None, worst experience ever .

Cons

This company is nothing but a scam, pyramid scheme. They make it sound like you’re gonna be some kind of big executive, when in reality all you will be doing is standing at a Walmart all day trying to sell Comcast products. The pay is all commission. No base pay!!! So if you work like 60 hrs. a week but don’t sell anything... guess what!!! You’ll see $0.00 . And on top of that you gotta drive long distances every day to different Walmarts with no gas reimbursement and drive other people too!! Like come on !! This business is a joke!! They try to control your every movement so you don’t think on your own. You can’t have an opinion cause that’s “negative”. This company targets super young, inexperienced people . Trust me, no one 25+ works here because most likely you’ll end up broke. And they have many “offices” across the country, which by the way end up moving to another cities and CHANGING THEIR NAMES. The manager herself is two-faced with no experience whatsoever. You’re better off working at McDonalds !!!
