      Pros

      Ive been working with the Raven team since last year October. I actually was one of the first people hired when the company expanded out here last year. I can say ive enjoyed working with our clients and also with my peers. There huge motivator keep me going on my not so certain days. Everybody needs a team that can push them to achieving great things and i've found that with the raven team for sure.

      Cons

      We need a coffee machine, Im still getting use to being a morning person.

      Good culture Room to move up

      Cons

      Commission based even though they'll tell you it's salary. $50/day base pay and if you're good and make 1 sale a day, yoI'll make about $500 a week. You are expected to work 6 days a week 10am-7pm. You have to drive your own car and don't get paid mileage. They say you'll move up quickly but you get stuck at the lowest position selling stuff door to door and at trade shows
