      Some places are better then others

      Pros

      The company has great benefits and some departments are better then others so better to avoid a nothing operations related.

      Cons

      This company is all about paying management a hefty salary but watching regular associates struggle. A job that pays 60K at one place will most likely pat 40K here so if you are looking to get in because you will get a pay raise, keep looking. When the market is down, everyone gets on edge and management will begin to treat the associates poorly so really it's only a good place to work when the market is up.

      Pros

      Great work life balance for most positions. The people are generally great and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Difficult to make a true impact. For the most part your expectations is to be part of the assembly line. If you are okay with the same job for a long time, then this is a fine place. Promotions only come to people with the right connections and not your job performance.

      good back office and bond department

      Cons

      They nickle and dime their W-2 employees as though they were 1099 employees. They also claim that you own your own book of business. But when you leave, they will try to steal it if you have a note with them, even if the note was from a prior company that they acquired.
