      Short , self-taught and somewhat chaotic.

      Pros

      A lot of resources when contacting the back office.

      Cons

      No other in-house assistant, trainers, resources are all out of state in the back office. First day of work involves teaching your self how to get an employee ID and password to log into your computer, though these resources are found in your computer's directory. .

      Pros

      They have the best back office support of any brokerage firm I've worked. Great firm to work if you are established in the business. The culture is amazing, feels like you have the freedom to run your business the way you want. Not constant change like I have experienced at other firms.

      Cons

      They need to continue to get their name out in the west coast but other than that I have no bad things to say about this company.
