      Insurante benefits only. Salary is very low compared to what you do on a daily basis and compared to other firms.

      if your not part of the clique then you will not get promoted.

      Low salaries that are barely adjusted regardless of profitability and economic condition. Company has grown from a family-run company to a generic cut-throat, backstabbing corporation.

      Pros

      If you enjoy art it has a lot of Native American artwork. Nice facility. Covered parking. There is a shoe repair shop onsite.

      Cons

      No-one seemed to be in charge or provide a clear vision of goals for the organization and team. Anyone who has been there for many years seems over-worked or over-leveraged and burned out.
