      Company culture and work life balance is perfect Bosses are very down to earth Not an extremely high stress enviroment

      The pay is definitely not street Company goals are not always aligned with group goals Communication is not great between senior and lower level employees

      Pros

      Raymond James Financial is a stable, conservative financial services firm. The benefits package is pretty good. The home office is centrally located and good for most commuters.

      Cons

      As with most large firms Raymond James Financial suffers from a lot of red tape and processes that don't make sense.

      Pros

      They really do care about keeping their employees happy. They have many employee events, contests, etc. Their dedication to "family" is unprecedented. Best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be miscommunication between departments. Just depends on who you talk to in each department. You can get different answers to questions depending on the person.
