      Pros

      I feel that my job security is relatively high for a Wall Street position. Everyone's experience will vary by Analyst.

      Cons

      Compensation is probably well below average. I don't work in the Tampa office but it seems depressing.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that had such fantastic and omnipresent corporate culture. When you work for Raymond James, you're proud to admit it. Colleague and upper management interaction is regular and civil. They invest a lot of money and time in technology and it shows. Things actually work! The company is highly ethical.

      Cons

      The salary is deplorable. Management doesn't let qualified employees move upward.

      Great people but a lot of bureaucracy, relative to getting code to production.

      Pros

      The coworkers and managers are great and you can move around withing the company. Work schedule is flexible, eg,. working from home occasionally, hours to come into work. Offer a lot of educational career studies, classes.

      Cons

      Act of congress to get code into QA, and production, but people are good about helping with anything.
