Good schedule 9/80 There are a lot of good people once you start to network.

Health care is expensive Direct management isn't good, a lot of gas lighting, a lot of them saying you can speak up without being retaliated against even though that isn't accurate. Favoritism really bad mostly from one of the managers, you're good if you're a guy and in the military You go above and beyond and never get noticed, only the favorites get prompted Very hostile work environment and nothing is done other than "ill talk to that person", and the same thing continues to happen. Manager talking poorly about employee to other employees (NOT a good look)

9-80 Schedule, get every other Friday Off Lots of opportunity to change work

Cons

Corporate demanded return-to-office, and when anyone said "but I lose money due to taxes, commute, day care, etc." the response was "deal." When people went "I'm located near a building I've never been to because I support a team elsewhere in the country" the response was "go in anyhow." Corporate wants butts in seats, and they'll burn the company down to get it.

Removal of WFH, low pay and high benefits, engineering structure does not work to keep people busy between sites, leadership are not people managers and don't care about employees - just give lip service that they do
