I know this is normal, but since the merger with UTC, the leadership volatility is insane. No one really knows where they will end up (functional homeroom-wise) and it is a little frustrating. We can see leadership figure it out as they go and, while that makes sense, it still feels like a cluster.

Lots of rules and restrictions since they are a government contractor. Due to security risks and other concerns, the available software tools and technology are years behind the industry standard. A high turnover rate seems to be a common theme throughout the company.
