Pros

I’ve been working at Razer for over 3 years. Before coming here I worked at a couple of regular corporate America jobs. The company and the industry are very dynamic and exciting. There are new and challenging projects all the time. The company is relatively young and there is so much to contribute in many areas. For the most part employees are really nice and they are always willing to do fun activities outside of work. Some of the reviews posted here are reflective of unfortunate individual experiences and I don’t think they truly reflect the general feeling of current employees. This a great place to work.

Cons

Razer is still growing and like many other growing businesses there are challenges. There are many things that need improvement but contributing to such improvements is a gratifying professional experience.

Pros

Free Food and that is about it. The organization lacks real perks like real companies provide for employees. This is a wanna be real company. Food and snacks is all you will get.

Cons

People aren't smart People are lazy workers No perks Pay is poor, very low Benefits don't compare to real Tech Organizations Management doesn't know anything, must be trained and taught by people under them Management has zero leadership Place has no real Vision Obviously a broke organization; the perks and benefits and recognition of employees seriously lack. No structure, no processes, no training, no desktop procedures. Doesn't follow legal labor laws Wants you to be "on call" or you appear a lazy worker. Systems used are the minimum; company has no money to get the updated versions.
