Pros

Young people trying to do good work but very limited by top management

Cons

Everything revolves around the CEO and his "interesting" ideas. It is a hostile working environment and the culture of fear. Due to lack of leadership and focus company is losing a lot of market share. No opportunity for career advancement. Join company as a step stone for something better, if really needed. Salary in not competitive either and we all know it.

Pros

Free food, but unhealthy.

Cons

No leadership. No clear path direction for employee's. Training is a joke. Very unprofessional environment. They shoot for a real laid back workplace and they end up with lazy workers just looking for a paycheck. If your looking for a career, stay clear of this place.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, so management could use some work. At times your job can be very stressful due to the quarterly meetings about profits and margins. A good amount of hard working people at Razer complain about the company, however it seems a lot of them are not credited for there work, so growing with the company can feel impossible. The good side, the hours are stable, not a lot of overtime. Some of the management is working hard to fix a lot of the problems. They offer lunch through out the week and snacks, the office environment is open, so socializing is welcomed during working hours. Yes you can play video games at work.

Cons

Low salary, Working later hours to have meetings with Singapore Headquarters.
