Pros
There are good things about Razer and i will list them below, but weigh them against the cons and judge for yourself.. - Very nice office interior (the location is not) - Very loose office culture, dress code is shorts and t shirts mostly - Get to try out Razer products daily (if you're a fan of the products this is great!) - Not bad benefits (free meals, drinks etc.) - Management vision is good and products are really very awesome and marketable!
Cons
Although i mentioned some really good things above, here's the bad things... - Very individualistic and silo work culture across functions (quite hostile at times) - Quite a few incompetent people who are stuck there and will make your life difficult (related to above point) - Management is good with vision as i mentioned in my pros but they really don't give you face, the reviews about shouting and borderline ill treatment/threats are true (if you are someone who doesn't like this, bear this in mind) - Benchmarking against the pay i got, they are below industry/market (but this depends on how you negotiate ultimately) - Workload will be very high if you are someone who doesn't know how to deal with the culture (see my 1st and 2nd point)
