Pros

Lots of cool young people, free lunch on Friday.

Cons

No real software development process in place. Quality level of products is ridiculous. Lot's of pressure, yelling, working overtime. No good directions. Real nightmare. Colossal turnover. Company's reputation is low so they will pay a good buck to attract talent but they'll fire you very quickly if things go wrong.

The managers are horrible! They don't know what they're doing and don't care to change that.
