Pros

If you only want to be in the gaming industry

Cons

No professionalism as it’s common practice for higher ups to bully their staff. It’s all about the CEOs ego and being a yes man.

Pros

nothing much to say tbh.

Cons

there is nothing more to say that other reviews haven't said. it's a "work work work or get out!!" environment. while most places the "bosses may not like this person", here it is taken to the extreme, people are left unwanted, made invisible and actively ignored. or they just pull out performance issues from thin air, gossip with their gang and kick you out. most common way it is done. Projects are in chaos and largely a joke, the company is being mocked at by the industry and consumers for the ai direction, deleting Instagram posts, even ex-employees are on YouTube calling out the company for ill-treatment but people in management keeps doubling down. tempers are high because the market doesn’t want it and they can’t accept that, there are enough newcomers for blame to go around when needed. Wlb sometimes but most of the time the pressure to OT keeps coming back. Not sure if having this firm on your resume deals more damage than helps at the rate things are going. join at your own risk or if you desperately need a job.
