Management just slacks off and won't make any decisions. They keep having meetings that go nowhere and end with nothing decided. We need the strategy! The company's clearly splitting into factions inside, but they won't step in to sort it out—they just let it fester until people get fed up and quit on their own. Problem solved, right? The leaders are total pushovers on the outside and don't really know their stuff. When there's any real challenge from outside, they just play nice and act like Mr. Nice Guy the whole time.
