Pros

1. Exposure to virtually any programming language or technique out there. 2. Chance to work with some of the best programmers of your time. 3. Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.

Pros

I am working in Razorthink for nearly a year and a half. I got the opportunity to work on multiple projects and interact with some really passionate people. Pros: - You get the opportunity to work on exciting and happening technologies. - Seniors are encouraging and amazing people to work with - This company loves to nurture the leader in you and prepare you to lead a team or a project at a very early stage in your career and helps you grow as a person and as a professional. - The atmosphere is very cool and there is no hierarchy - Direct interaction with the clients - The company is growing very fast and yet it is stable ... and many more

Cons

Opportunities are endless here as long as you are willing to walk the extra mile. So if you want to grow, you need to be proactive.
