      Pros

      The money is actually good. The environment is good. The uniform is very comfortable as well.

      Cons

      Poor management. People talk about you behind your back. Not a lot of diversity. Management thinks of themselves first in many cases.

      Pros

      It is very easy to get hired. Opportunity to make good money when the restaurant is busy. Very friendly server staff, easy to get along with.

      Cons

      There's a very unorganized hiring process. Managers are very rude and show favoritism to long-term servers. Very authoritative and harsh approach towards employees. Dirty restaurant.

      Happy work environment. Lots of support. Bonus structure and payed vacation always there for support

      Guest are always a challenge they make your job extremely challenging. The young employees you work with can also be difficult
