Pros

Their six values are what all companies should abide by. Corporate office is great to deal with. Area director and Vice President are very knowledgeable and offer great training and insight.

Cons

No bonus plan for managers, just general managers. Hours are long but tolerable. Benefits plan is not the best, but is better than most.
