Pros

They helped me develop a stronger clinical set in areas in which I had no or little experience.

Cons

They requested employees go on indeed and glassdoor to write positive reviews of the job. They make promises and fail to keep them. The bottom line, this is a for profit business so while they do focus on what is best for the client, there is extremely heavy pressure to make money (lots of billable, sending you home if your client calls out sick last minute, etc). This company is very cliquey. Hopefully you fit in, but if you dont, it sucks pretty bad.

Thank you for your dedication to our patients and their families over the past several years. We are happy to hear you experienced the value in the training we provide to develop high-quality clinicians to serve our families. As a part of our mission to recruit and retain the best in the field, we do remind and encourage our Team Members to leave reviews about their journey with Reaching Milestones. However, leaving a review is completely voluntary. We always appreciate honest feedback. We love our Team Members, but our patients are our t top priority. We are always working to adjust our schedules to balance the high-quality services we provide to our patients and providing our Team Members with a healthy work-life balance. As with any company focused on children, we cannot always plan for illnesses and/or other family commitments. We continue to review our cancellation policies with our families to ensure they are invested into their therapy schedule and we work hard to provide opportunities to fill all schedules whenever we can. It sounds like you may have identified better solutions than what we have in place, we’d love to discuss them. Please contact us at recruiting@reachingmilestones.com to connect.
