      Some Pros consist of management working adhering to schedules, pairing you with a client who shares some interests as you, etc.

      Cons

      Some Cons consist of Schedules aren't always filled, poor management, favoritism towards certain employees, low pay and they merit increase sucks (couple of cents after a year working there).
