Pros

The kiddos are great! They try to compensate for how horrible of a company it is by giving out gift cards for....well....doing your job.

Cons

An INSANE non-compete clause.....Let me sum it up, upon termination, being laid off, quitting, or any separation from the job, you cannot work in any clinic within 40 miles of ALL of their clinics...and they have multiple clinics. Pretty much, if you work there and you quit, you'll pretty much have to move to Hawaii to be a BCBA :-/ Less than average salary Extreme micro-management BCBA's work 1:1 direct care for almost ALL hours BCBA's often supervised by RBT's, QASP, or BCaBA Company-made "checklist" that is IMPOSSIBLE to complete due to the lack of management, has to be complete before you're a "supervising BCBA" Management is non-existent for the most part Managing staff members that are there are extremely incompetent on behavior analytic practices No paid holidays. You must use your own PTO for holidays Regardless of being a salaried employee, if you don't reach a certain number of hours per week, you are paid hourly Required billable hours for BCBA's will most likely be strictly 1:1 with clients (because the billing rate is higher :-) ) Managing staff who gossip and speak negatively about the direct care staff Little to no training RBTs are given time to do programming, although an RBT doing programming is a clear ethical violation The management is clueless as to what is going on... was unsure for about a month how data should be collected and graphed.
