Literally everything on the WCG-related threads are true. Hunger Games-esque environment, with little regard for normal decorum.

Pros

W2O has multiple locations, US and in EU. But you wouldn't know it! There are many people that work remotely and it's great to work for a company that does not put geographical limitations on building the best teams! It's a fun place to work; lots of very smart and passionate people. The paid sabbatical after 5 years is worth sticking around! The 401K is generous.

Cons

Sometimes people are a bit too busy to on board new staff to the business; but we are expected to be quick learners and jump right in.
