      Pros

      Good learning opportunity in a "fend for yourself" environment. Some room for growth. My manager took the time to help me progress and develop my skills.

      Cons

      Executive leadership seems frenetic and uncertain as to where the agency should focus. While they say they are a 360 degree agency they are a PR shop that has bolted on additional offerings that, late in the year, saw a massive exodus of folks from digital and account.

      Working at W2O was an incredible opportunity – over my 2+ years at the firm I not only developed an extremely valuable skill set that will serve me throughout my career, but also grew as a professional and a person because of the great mentors I was privileged to learn from, the client relationships I developed and a company culture I truly admire.
