Thanks for your feedback – great to hear you’ve felt welcome and supported in your time at Real Chemistry! We miss the connection and collaboration that comes with in-person work too, which is why our recently launched HART (Hybrid and Regional Teams) approach welcomes colleagues back to the office—while still allowing for flexibility. With the goal of reconnecting more in-person, those close to our offices will be coming in two days a week for connection and purposeful gathering. We’ve also created a structure for those who live outside our office areas, or our “regions”, with support for gathering on a regular basis.
