Good perks, competitive salary, a great sense of camaraderie. Supportive leadership will give you the opportunity to define your own role - provided you are are willing to go get it. Specialist or generalist, this is a place suited to people who are willing to put the work in (and smile doing it) but who have ideas and refuse to be boxed into a role.

Cons

It's an agency, so the pressure on time can be high and there is a contagious culture of overworking. With little downtime, it's up to you to invest personal time to work on non-billable projects that could advance the business or your career.

W2O is the sort of company most people will have wished they worked for at some point if you truly value an educational, entrepreneurial environment. The ethos of “just make it happen” resonates throughout the organisation and, if you have the will to be successful, be rewarded, recognised and encouraged... constantly, publicly and openly then you will thrive here. In a company of over 800 people (at last count!) the ability of the CEO to recognise you by name, ask about your kids and remember your last conversation(s) with vigour and genuine interest is something I’ve never experienced.

If you can’t handle success in a fast paced environment this definitely isn’t the place to be
