Sometimes you get stuck on a bad account and the work life balance isn't great. A perfectionist and intense culture most of the time.

It depends on the team but the majority of the creative people within the 21Grams sector are lovely and friendly. Great community.

Cons

The organization goes through a lot of layoffs. Within 2 years we had several layoffs. Leadership gets messy.

The pay. That's it. Don't give in to the golden handcuffs.

Cons

Leadership is a joke - in the view areas where leadership exists, since 2 presidents were terminated. EVPs lack experience needed for their roles. No organization should have a 30 year old EVP. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. 21Grams is holding on with bubble gum and tape. The fear of losing more business is creating dire situations on teams where clients are allowed to abuse the agency and we continue to bow down to them, for fear of getting fired. Unless you absolutely need work, keep looking and do not work here. Everyone is on their way out anyhow. PS - there is no DEI at this company.
