One of the worst experiences from a company I have experienced from ostracisation to accountability not being from the top down. The team doesn't care about you as a person you will be used then discarded, even if you speak to anyone about the issues they will "look into it" and it will fall on deaf ears, if you manage to speak to your line manager. The focus on AI is nauseating and a detriment to the industry. The worst career blip I have made thus far.

*Youll quickly learn your personal threshold for dysfunction *Fast Exposure to complex work because there aren’t enough people to do it.

Cons

*Leadership is stacked with directors and group directors while the roles that actually produce work remain chronically understaffed *Resourcing meetings normalize burnout, including leadership loudly laughing when someone is assigned 60+ hours of work as if its an inside joke *Partner agency relationships are combative, turning basic collaboration into constant low-grade conflict. *Some women in leadership roles are highly reactive, overly emotional and take neutral feedback as a personal slight, making simple conversations unnecessarily delicate. They epitomize the stereotype that female leaders have spent years trying to change. *Too many people directing the work and not enough people doing it, creating constant friction and confusion.
