There are really no pros to list. Not a good company, higher management is unsupportive and unresponsive.

Terrible benefits package Entire company is understaffed Upper management is unsupportive and unresponsive. No leadership

Pros

Real Hospitality is one of the best hospitality management companies I have ever worked for. Real is caring and understanding for their associates. They value each employee with the upmost respect. When you've worked for them for over a year it feels like not just a team but a family. Real's employee benefits are excellent !

Cons

Every company is not perfect but with Real when they have made mistakes with either the client or associate they acknowledge the issues and correct them appropriately.

Pros

Great company who cares about it's associates, great benefits. Company to grow with and is one of the best in the country and I have worked for many, best hands down.

Cons

401 K should be better, other than that it's awesome
