Pros

Opportunity for growth and relocation options, longevity for a career path with wide range of world renowned hotel brands from select to full service

Cons

Health coverage plans are not the best for upper management, absence of corporate support on property, would be better for more days of holiday pay

Management, Leadership, and Corporate Officers are visible and available. All inquiries and concerns are addressed. Resources are readily available if needed.

Cons

Not much so far I have been here for two years, and have not really noticed anything particularly negative.

Opportunity to advance within the company, Multiple Brand in the large portfolio, HR support, Rewarding mentorship programs, Open door policy, Great training opportunities, Progressive work environments, Recognition for hard work.

Cons

Benefits, Warped guidance on property, Lack of structure, Policies are overlooked.
