It was good when we worked in office

Cons

Lot of Cons: It's been very hectic with the work from home, though we have no volume, management asking us to be always online and do some activity. People who are not able to work from home because of internet connectivity and don't have right work place, at home, are suffering and taking unnecessary burden in this situation. And Management asking us to be in part of Hakathon which is not necessary at this movement and we are facing lot of problems in this Lockdown Period at home by doing all these activities withour core work.

*Stressful work culture. *Unprofessional management in BPO *Data entry projected as accounts payables *Strict logins but not logouts *Absconding % is high *Targets are set high for new joiners ( including fresher's ) *HR is helpless when required to act above the management *Political dramas are high
