Pros

There are quite a few great shopping and eating places located near by, lots of living areas around the facility

Cons

do not care about employees, tend to move managers around too much. The vip's bounce from one position to another when one mistake is made

Pros

The environment is very nice - equipment was new and clean as well as the facilities. Upper management was very friendly. Extensive but rigorous training - like boot camp

Cons

Say goodbye to any requested time off and hello to infractions! They have a rigid infraction program that they use to keep you from increasing $ and making bonus - if that does not work then they will change the rule for the day so you fail a shop and miss your increase/bonus. Then they have unpaid "classes" to help you move up - once you pass the class then you have to wait for another 3 month without 1 infraction to be eligible to increase. No matter how many times you come in early or on your day off - there is no pay back - if your late 1 minute...guess what?...infraction

Pros

I was satisfied with the benefits offered. The managers and co-workers are very personable. The workplace is comfortable, and the location is okay.

Cons

The training is very competent, but stressful. It is done mostly via lecture from which you take notes. And you move along very quickly. The job is stressful because you are required to follow a specific formula for handling phone calls, whether it makes sense or not. The caller is put through an overly long questionnaire and then has to endure a sales pitch before their questions (how much is the rent and availability for an apartment) is answered. The hostility felt from many callers is palpable. You are expected to work almost every single second, hardly even having a chance to take a breath between phone calls.
