nice work area the building is very nice and also have some wonderful co wokers

Cons

management is horriable they do not support their employess and will throw you under several busses just to cover their butts

Pros

Immediate people I worked with were great and outstanding software engineers. Some people seem to like it there. They are trying to open up room for advancement for software engineers.

Cons

Corporate atmosphere as a whole is a little weird IMHO. Company-wide zoom meetings were somewhat bizarre with a “game show” type atmosphere where the yuck-yuck and backslapping were cringe-worthy. Just a little too weird for me IMHO. Unstable work environment; people were routinely culled, people often leaving because they didn’t like what I would described as a borderline “draconian”atmosphere at times. Don’t recommend unless you like big corporations, red tape and (at times) what seemed to me as less than insincere executive management who, IMHO, whitewash things a little too much. Trying to be positive is one thing, but if there is something “bad” about to go down that will affect some of your employees, say it; people aren’t stupid and appreciate forthrightness and honesty.
