      RealPage, a Mixed Review

      Pros

      -Really great coworkers depending on your team in the business. -So many opportunities to grow within the company. -Company truly cares about giving back. Really awesome that there is a day dedicated to this! -Fast-paced environment, but not as unhealthy and anxiety-inducing as other tech companies.

      Cons

      -Marketing was a mess because of the CMO. Not someone people should look up to. -Unhealthy workloads if you don’t set boundaries. -Very political. -Promotions that don't make sense. -Lacking a strategy to integrate people who come from acquisitions and making them feel welcome. This created so many awkward dynamics between teams.

      Thank you for your post. I appreciate your advice and pro comments as there have been several employees who have left and have come back. Maybe you will be one of them. I've thought about your marketing comments. There has been some transformation and sorting out in this area. It will only get better over time and we are focused on it.       Extreme political environment ... stay away

      Good work/life balance can be achieved if you don’t care to play the politics and waste your time

      Cons

      One of the worst political environments I’ve ever worked at. CEO is a jerk 1950’s called and wants it’s classism culture back

We have over 80% of our employees who say they are respected in the workforce. Yet you believe your feedback doesn't matter. It actually does if it is constructive.
