Pros

There are none. The RealPage Promise is a joke. Love being at work is a great attempt but it's failing due to the lack of a cohesive leadership.

Cons

Executives cannot agree on any direction. I agree with a Prior poster.... Run. Avoid this company. If you are "loved" you might go far.

A lot of disgust here. I'm not sure why you have departed. I can tell you that the leadership team has never been more unified in the direction that we are headed in building out new products, new location, strong institutional investors are buying the stock, new employees are joining this company around the world every day. If you are open to giving more specific feedback, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you. Sincerely Kurt Twining 972-820-4016

Pros

Associates receive competitive pay. Benefits are good Ops Manager is a good communicator Company is trying to make good changes for employees and customers Opportunities for growth

Cons

Not a lot of transparency from top down Large teams often make it difficult for an employee to get personal help from their supervisor Certain managers (even some Team Leads) are poor communicators and don't provide adequate support/leadership Some of the people managers are not good at managing people.

Thank you for your post. Your comments are very balanced. I will personally discuss your post with Randy Johns, SVP Contact Center. Mike Southwell, VP of HR, has come back from a three month assignment on the next steps for the CC, and has incorporated some of your thoughts. I want to thank you for your years of service and wish you well in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

Good experience, benefits, and coworkers dependent on departments, good entry level positions available, flexible hours, work from home (but this was in review stated by supervisor)

Cons

Lower management functions on cliques, no bonus or incentive for Product Support members, no explanation of corporate policy from Product Support managers, not everyone in the company follows the business, false perception of management caring when in fact they do not show interest in their achieving staff, lack of career development, while benefits & compensation are good, the position is not fully explained and justifications not given, HR does not care to handle matters as the VP has not contacted me back after attempting to reach out several times.

Thank you for your post. I'm glad you liked the comp, benefits, co-workers and flex hours. When I read a post like this, I will share it with the leader of the Product Support Call Center and I will follow up on the HR comment as well. Communications that are clear and consistent are vital to the continued growth and wellness of our company. Collin Powell once told me that you can never fool the privates and they are the ones with the answers. That is what you are saying and your feedback was heard and will be followed up on. Sincerely, Kurt Twining
