      Great co-workers and convenient location.

      Cons

      Management had no direction. Decisions made on a whim, not on logic. Company mired by red tape.

      Thank you for your post. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to recognize your great coworkers. I don't think anyone would disagree with your advice. In fact it is spot on. I sincerely wish your work situation had met your expectations. We just received our engagement scores and the category authority and empowerment came in 73% positive and clear and promising direction was 75% positive.       Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised to hear that we have a continued payroll issue. That seems quite unusual, having said that in the event it ever happens again, please contact your supervisor, our Payroll Manager, Melissa Pack and it will be resolved immediately. If you would like give me a call and I will be happy to look into the details and help you any way I can. On the IT side, without knowing the specifics of your concern ,I would suggest that you contact Sean Wheeler, SVP of IT and offer up your observations.
