Individual contributors are talented and friendly.

Cons

After the purchase by private equity, the company shifted from a focus on customers and product quality to purely short term profit. Knowledgeable employees left or were let go, leaving shells of teams that were borderline dysfunctional. Management only served to get in the way of their own objectives and are not held accountable for their decisions.

You're able to WFH on Thursday's and Friday's but get called out for not coming in on Thursday's. 401k contribution is decent Benefits are mediocre Sales team is somewhat friendly, you more you spend time there you notice everyone has their own groups and relationships.

Cons

Training is almost non-existent, will show you just enough to get the wheels turning, it's up to you to figure the rest of it out and get thrown into the fire week 2. You will be terminated without prior warning / discussions. They will favor TCU & Arkansas students over you and even tell ask in your interview.. "why should we hire you over TCU students who have spent $50k a semester on furthering their business education".
