Working alongside and under great managers from great companies that RealPage acquired Plenty of autonomy

Cons

Constant squeeze to reduce costs and pull as much value out of employees and customers led to the destruction of culture. Outsourcing to Manila More outsourcing to India

Thank you for the feedback. We recognize the impact that cost pressures, operating model changes, and global delivery decisions can have on culture and employee experience. These are areas we continue to evaluate with a focus on long‑term sustainability, stronger cross‑regional collaboration, and preserving what makes our teams effective and engaged. We appreciate your perspective and wish you continued success.

Pros

* The People: Many of the individual contributors and mid-level teammates are talented and doing their best despite the circumstances. * Benefits: Standard corporate benefits package (401k, health insurance) there but expensive.

Cons

* Management & Culture: There is a significant disconnect between upper management and the reality of the daily workflow. Decisions often feel arbitrary and are handed down without proper context or consideration for the workload. * Stagnation: It can feel like you are fighting against "the way things have always been done," making it difficult to implement modern processes or improve technical debt. Trying to improve things is likely to leave you feeling bullied and ignored. * Work-Life Balance: The expectations are high, but the support to meet those expectations without burning out is often missing. * Communication: Information is siloed, and transparency is not a priority. You often find out about major changes when it’s too late to provide meaningful input I am a disabled American and I have never in 20 years needed to ask for accommodations to successfully do my job. This is something that I took enormous pride in and while I shouldn't be ashamed I do. I feel like a child as the last time I was unable to manage my disability was childhood. I experienced retaliation that I am left question if my disability played some role. This is the lowest point of my professional career. I am not saying my ADA rights have been violated but I am saying I don't know and I don't feel safe and I am struggling to do my job.
