You likely won't get fired.

Cons

Leaders regularly make statements that are not true. Whether they know they are making statements that not true, I cannot say. I have 4 verified instances of leaders (VP and above) making statements that were simply not true.

Good pay. Good facility. But too many changes

Pros

Company is good with good pay, stocks and bonuses. Depending on the team, you might be able to work with new technologies. But there are lot of projects on old technologies. Some smart people. Company listens to the employee on annual survey and acts on it. Company is growing fast.

Cons

Less wfh flexibility. Too many changes happen every month. Growth is difficult. Acquires too many companies that causes lots of mix n match of technologies. Very hard to integrate.

Thank you for writing a balanced post and pointing out the Pros. With the pros do come some growing pains. You have clearly pointed out a fact that we are diligently making progress on and that is integrating technology. Do we acquire several companies a year, yes, and that is not likely not going to change in the near future. The good news is we have muscled up our Technology team leadership with Alok and we are shifting into smaller more defined teams to tackle the technology challenges. On the working from location comment. We do have a work in the office philosophy whenever we can. - Fast-paced - Real opportunity to make an impact - Amazing campus: equipped with the latest high-end meeting room tech, huddle spaces, loaner commuter bikes, etc. -Great gym and cafeteria -Overall, employee morale is seemingly good; appears to be a consistently positive and engaged team

Cons

-None that I can see so far. Recommend that you are flexible and stay ready to adapt, as it's a fast-paced environment. Maybe not for everyone.
