Cons

Myopic upper management. Seems like they prefer accounting tricks which inflate stock prices, instead of operations which are actually healthy. Siloed due to poor integration of acquisitions. Politics.

Pros

Some great people in the trenches of the company.

Cons

Lack of innovation when it comes to employee retention. The higher emphasis of importance is on hiring outside talent then nurturing those within. Too many decision-makers that don't want to make a decision, creating an endless chain of emails and steps to get the simplest of things done. Complete lack of efficiencies across the board.

Pros

If you have no ambitions. are a great butt kisser, and emojis screwing you fellow employees over, then this is the place for you

Cons

Managers have no actual management experience and take credit for employee work. Managers blame prior employee’s for their own incompetence.

Thank you for your post. You don't recommend this division, yet your outlook is positive. That would indicate there is something else about RealPage that is working. If your observations are correct, then no one would want to work in this group. Yet, many have for several years. Having said that your observations are worth looking deeper into as this group does have serious potential to be a growth engine into larger market entries and it would be a total waste of resources if that does not happen.
