Pros

On-site team was very friendly and tried to maintain a positive atmosphere

Cons

On-site team was kept in the dark about business decisions being made which directly affected that site.

Thank you for your post. No time for rumors and communication is a very important part of running a successful operation, so your post has been passed on to the Contact Center team in South Carolina for follow up. Good luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Thank you for your post. I see that you departed after a considerable period of time and I sincerely hope you find what you are looking for at your next stop. As to investing in our leaders we actually have three sections to the RealPage University that are designed to do just that. Lead to Exceed for front line leaders, Making Great Leaders from mid level managers and Leading with Impact for the senior leader so your suggestion has been taken. There have been several changes in the Contact Center and it appears that the engagement scores are up 10-15% across the board, so the direction is appealing to many of the existing players. Again, I wish you well, Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

I really liked the people I worked with. The benefits weren't bad and the new building was very nice. I honestly didnt mind driving the hour and fifteen it took to get there. Overall this is a great company, but it really seems to depend on which department you are in.

Cons

Management is not cohesive. The managers and the director are never on the same page(at least in my department) and will often give conflicting instructions or advice. Personal improvement plan follow up is non existent. I was supposed to have weekly follow up meetings, but did not have one as I didnt get close to the 30 day period. (9 days without follow up before I was cut loose, only to find out they had already hired someone to replace me.) I have still yet to receive a copy of my PiP paperwok which I signed despite being guaranteed twice I would receive it. I really felt my termination was personal, because I was told about 5 times in the 20 minute meeting that it wasn't. I was at Realpage nearly six years.
