Pros

RealPage offers career paths for a variety of backgrounds and different levels of experience. I have been fortunate enough to wear many hats within the company and work on challenging projects over the years. High performers are fast-tracked because of growth. The people, combined with the entrepreneurial synergy throughout make this a great place to grow your career.

Cons

Parking can be quite challenging and office space is becoming scarce

Thank you for your post. I agree with you that top performers can/are being fast tracked due to so many growth opportunities. How exciting to find your potential quickly. As you know we have outgrown our space here in Carrollton and parking can be a challenge, unless you look at it as a form of exercise. The good news is we are moving to a new location, which will have more parking and much of that is covered. On the communication front we are about 45 days away from launching an internal communications portal which will highlight your advice. Thanks again. Kurt Twining

Pros

The people are amazing here! Direct supervisors are compassionate and really listen to your ideas on how to improve processes. The culture is laid back. Plenty of opportunity for growth, but it's not just given out to anyone with a college degree or someone who just shows up--you have to work for it!

Cons

The entry level job can be tedious and become monotonous, but, as I've already stated, there is plenty of opportunity to move up for those that buy in and show dedication to improving their skill set. The benefits are solid, but the pay could be better.

Cons

Stressful, little to no training after new hire, uncaring management, small chances of advancement, management turnover is high.

For starters, I'm glad you like your co-workers, pay and benefits. You've hit on one of the keys of organizational success- hiring top talent. Which is what we strive to do everyday. I am willing to buy your lunch to hear about your ideas and how we can incorporate your suggestions. One of which I would have is, maybe you would like to be integrated into the recruiting process. Then your personal stamp would be on future new hires. If you are interested in taking me up on this offer, please give me a call at 972-820-4016. Thanks Kurt Twining
