      Pros

      There is a lot of great opportunities to those who work hard and continuously want to be challenged and grow in their career. RealPage has provided a lot of opportunity for development and expand my overall experience. Every company is going to have a few Managers who are not in touch with their employees, but overall, I believe that the leaders at RealPage genuinely care about their employees and their work. Caring too much about the people and not about the productivity of their work does not create a good environment. It's about keeping a healthy balance.

      Cons

      RealPage should focus on the overall work culture.

      Excellent pay... Strict performance rules

      Pros

      The goid things about working for Realpage is that the pay is good and they have several training classes that you take quarterly which increase your pay.

      Cons

      The performance expectations are a bit to high. There is a point system, in which, if you have kids or anything health wise that may cause you to leave or be absent, it will still count against with a doc note or not.
