      Great coworkers but horrible management

      Pros

      The employees are great. Some of the best coworkers you could ask for. Most everyone goes above and beyond to do a superior job.

      Cons

      Management leaves a lot to be desired. They are two faced. They say what you want to hear but are only interested in looking out for themselves.

      Cons

      Micromanaged (supposed to be rolling out software to watch our computer monitors soon...for "training purposes") Monthly Performance Tests (from 3 different sources) Always seem to be playing catch-up Do everything they can to keep you in your seat.

      Stable company, Micro management is some organizations

      The benefits are Ok, the pay is average, and you can get up to 3% raise if you do a good job Stable company, i only seen 1 small round of lay offs in 3 years

      Cons

      Micro management in some organizations, it was so bad that within a year, half the team staff left the company, and the other half were actively looking. I know several groups/organizations that suffered the same problem Some organizations were better managed, like OpsTechnology, YieldStar and Leasing and rent
