      Pros

      - seems to be a company that is respected in the multifamily industry - peer employees are easy to get along with and are very helpful

      Cons

      - being micromanaged - some departments are understaffed, some employees/managers very overworked - at one point, employees were asked to submit schedules of all the tasks they performed (by the hour) Also, a large number of recruiters have mentioned that there is very much a revolving door with this company - 2 have asked this exact question "oh did they have another reorg?"

      Pros

      They pay you a hourly wage, and you get a chance to meet some of the most interesting agents from all walks of life.

      Cons

      No growth, while they outsource manager postions. Demographics in the company are way off for minorities, and women. The will work you to death and expect perfection each and everyday. The turnover is incredible over 100%. You feel like just a number, and they treat you as such. You are only as good as the call you messed up on. With no praise or incentives to make sure there employees are happy. The crossfire center is the worst place to work within the Realpage organization for promotion, job satisfaction, or even a sense of purpose. It is simply a job. Just Over Broke.
