Pros

Remote work, flexible schedule, once tenured pay is reasonable

Cons

Benefits are abysmal, no pay raises were given in 2023 despite company turning a profit the previous year, high level leadership still got their bonuses and high performers in sales got an all inclusive trip to Italy. Leadership is constantly changing, can't retain top performers and roles are rarely approved for backfill. Most work is trying to be transferred to offshore resources.

Pros

I really don't have any pros on this company. I guess if greed were a positive the amount at this place within the sales team would not fit in this box. Oh forgot when asking the sales manager for advice on selling a deal that great advice given was figure it out. Why because they did not understand the industry and just sat in their VP chair and yucked it up in the good ole boy club.

Cons

Sales leadership is basically a good old boys club. Get in the club get the good accounts. They are also not all that professional. They make poor jokes about people, client's and clients and I have heard this is true in other departments. I went to my manager about a sexul harrasment incident. I was told so what not a big deal they were drunk.....um what? They then went on to make a big joke out of it in a team meeting. I took this all the way up to the correct dept and the person leading it. What I got from told was that the person leading the dept talked to the person who did the harassment and they denied it so case close. They reason was this person was a President's Club that year and need to be protected. Soon after I was told your fired your performance is not good enough. Funny others on the team had worse numbers but talking up gets you booted. In the end this company will do whatever it needs to protect themselves. Can wait for the response from the person who comes on here all the time to defend this horrible company.
