Pros
Good people Reasonable pay Decent benefits (they can do better on health benefits)
Cons
- No loyalty to hard working employees - Growth by numerous acquisitions that lead to Products that are stitched together - creating tons of issues (not seamless ) - Multiple product lines provide siloed customer support experience (Clients utilizing more than 2 RealPage products will not experience a seamless experience when requiring support) - results in big challenges for employees of RealPage - Lots of red tape (close to impossible) to get larger pay bumps, even if you have proven results of success YOY - Those at a higher tier of Pay Range are at higher risk for lay off - They pride themselves on providing a safe forum for employees to speak up, but caution: Doing so marks you with a target
