Pros

Good product, but it does not work the way sales is told it does in many different areas of integration.

Cons

Treated worse than any place I've worked. Harassment from guys, lack of support, and the need to fit into the "girls club" is all frustrating. If you are an older lady (even with no experience) or are friends with one there you can be handed huge accounts that a monkey could close. If you don't fit the girls club mentality and want to make it on your own, don't bother. No one is treated equally, and everyone not in management is free game to fire or make miserable until you quit.

That you for your post. I've reached out to the leadership team in sales to discuss. My suggestion to you is that you sit down with Daryl Rolley if you have already discussed this with your leader. It makes no sense that we would not want everyone in sales to exceed. I would welcome an opportunity to discuss this in person with you. Please give me a call at 4016 and lets see how we can resolve the issue that you are describing. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

Met some cool coworkers. Was not overworked. Some people used it as an entry level job. Those are the only pros.

Cons

Realpage is terrible. They have a serious identity crisis, and are stuck in a pre-internet business model, even tho they are a "tech" company. A relic of a company from the 90s that chose to buy up startups instead of actually innovate.

Pros

No one knows you're there, so it doesn't matter if you leave early or come in late

Cons

"Comp plans"-- you'll never see that money. And if you do, it won't be paid on time. And if it is, they might even take it back. Payroll department doesn't get anything right. They do not pay out PTO upon leaving (even on great terms). E-mails from company representatives regarding pay "don't count". I would encourage anyone who joins this group to not sign the Terms and Conditions. Again, no one will know or care that you work there, so they wont notice a document with a missing signature.
